MUSIC: Yimika x Simi - Ayanfe Remix

Deborah Ifeoluwayimika Endowed popularly called Yimika was born and raised from the southwestern part of Nigeria, Ibadan city. Yimika has always been a lover of music right from childhood, at Young age, she took great interest in science art and nature. which influenced her to complete a bachelor of degree in nursing & also her pursuits for her dream life in E.D 3.0.

While in high school, she picked up music as an hobby, choose it as a course & began singing from fellowship. Her mother a violinist and her church rooted in classical also serve as her other music background.
There's hardly nothing she can't turn into music, which really helped her even in her study.
Yimika other lifetime passion is helping people to develop themselves & leverage on information that will not only change their lives positively but give them the life they dream of
She is currently residing with the love of her life in Ctown Republic of Benin.

Artist Statement

I have always loved all things creative, I have written music and poetry.

This track was birth from my long desire to compose a song and sing it to my hubby whom i called ayanfe on my wedding day. I draw inspiration from Simi's duduke beat and try and instill this into my music. 

My wedding preparations happened in a jiffy, just a month plus and i just squeezed few moment to get the music done.

This is my first record live. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to put my music out there for people to listen to. I look forward to continuing to push myself & to learn all sorts of new skills & techniques to incorporate into my art to be at my best.

I believe if we can see it, we can achieve it, BEYOND OUR WILDEST DREAMS
